EVENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

**PLEASE NOTE: You can only validate ONE registration code per email address. Once a code has been issued and someone has registered with it, it belongs to them. If they decide not to go on the trip, it will be up to the WD to let HQ know and we will clear out the information and re-release the code.


  1. Navigate to www.networkhq.org/Cancun2017 in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).

  2. Click on the “Register Now” link in the header or the “Register” link on the menu bar.
  3. On the resulting page, enter your registration code in the “Enter Registration Code” box.

  4. Click the “Validate Registration Code” button.
  5. Upon successful validation of your registration code, you will be taken to the main registration form where you will enter the details for the main contact and create your username (email address) and password for accessing the site at a later time. Please fill in all applicable information on the form. Once you are finished, please click the “Next” button.
  6. At this time, you have successfully registered and will proceed to the traveler maintenance and entry screen. The details of the primary contact for the registration will be added to this section as the primary traveler. Please continue these instructions at item 7 under the “Registered Users” section.
  1. Navigate to www.networkhq.org/cancun2017 in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).

  2. Click on the “Login” link on the menu bar.
  3. On the resulting page, enter your email address and password (the ones you used to register the first time you visited the site) in the “Email Address” and “Password” boxes.

  4. Click the “Login” button to access the site.

  5. If you have forgotten your password, clicking the “Reset Password” button will allow to reset it to another value of your choosing.

  6. Upon successful login, you are directed to a screen similar to the initial registration page where you can update your company’s address information or change your room occupancy information. When you are finished with this page, click the “Next” button.

  7. You have now reached the main traveler maintenance and entry form. The page is divided into two sections:
    1. Traveler entry and selection:
      1. This area allows you to add travelers up to three adults (18 years of age or older). Quadruple occupancy (four adults in a room) is not allowed. Children under the age of 3 staying in the same room are free. More occupants may be added at an additional charge. Please check with your warehouse distributor for pricing details.
      2. When additional travelers are created, they will appear as links below the traveler entry area. Clicking on these links will populate that traveler’s information into the Traveler Details entry area.

        ** Note: the primary traveler cannot be deleted. Additional travelers can be deleted using the “Remove Attendee” button at the bottom of the page once the additional traveler has been selected.


    2. The Traveler Details entry area consists of three sections:
      1. Traveler Details
      2. Emergency Contact Details
      3. Passport & Flight Details
      Simply click on the plus sign to expand the section you'd like to access, and the minus sign to minimize it.
  8. After entering your information, click "Save" and feel free to log out. We understand that flight information is not yet available and you may not have your passport information during initial registration. You may return to the site at any time using the username (email address) and password you entered during your initial registration in order to update traveler information.
