SUNDAY, February 26
Everything starts with arrival at the airport in Las Vegas, where you are picked up by our special bus transportation. Upon arrival at the Wynn Resort, you will be checked into the hotel at a private entrance. Your luggage will be delivered to your room while you check into the Convention Registration and attend 1 or even possibly 2 opening seminars.
That evening’s Welcome Reception is each attendee’s first chance to see how big the convention really is, with service dealers, jobbers, company store, warehouse personnel, manufacturers, speakers, and industry trade press in attendance. This will be in the Convention Center. With over 2 hours of hors d’oeuvres, open bars, games and entertainment, and the opportunity to meet old friends and make some new ones, the time will go quick. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy your first night in Las Vegas.
MONDAY, February 27
After a continental breakfast on Monday morning in the Convention Center, we begin the day in the Encore Theater with the business welcome to the Convention. The President and Chairman will give Network Updates, other staff members will introduce exciting programs, and there will be an exciting motivational speaker to get everybody jump started for the next 2 days.
There will be 2-3 seminar sessions for attendees to choose 4-6 topics from that morning, ranging from personnel skills, technical training, financial, customer service skills, to many more topics. Everybody has always found something that they can take home and use right away.
That afternoon the Manufacturer’s Expo opens, where over 150 of the best Vendor Partners in the Automotive Aftermarket will be available to show you their newest products features and benefits. You will also be able to get your game card stamped with the necessary stickers for possible inclusion in the game show, something you won’t want to miss!
Monday evening is free for you to enjoy everything that Vegas has to offer – fabulous dinners, shows, gambling, or just relaxing.
TUESDAY, February 28
This morning starts with the ever-popular Industry Forum, again in the Encore Theater. A panel of experts, from service dealers to manufacturers will be on hand to take unscripted questions from the audience on a variety of topics.
After the Industry Forum, its back to the Expo floor to visit the vendors you couldn’t get to yesterday, then 2-3 more seminars in the afternoon.
Tuesday evening is the Grand Finale – starting with a cocktail reception in the Convention Center, followed by a fabulous Wynn Resort Dinner. After dinner, the party moves to the Encore Theater for the entertainment.
First is the drawing for the Game Show. Only completely filled out cards are eligible to participate, and you must be present to be eligible. Contestants are taken back stage and given instructions on whatever the game will be. If you are drawn, you will win something!
Vendor of the Year Awards are given out next, then the game show happens, where over $20,000 is given away to contestants in “Games of Skill!”
Finally, the Entertainment really begins, this time with the professionals. Most popular have been the Comedians, and the Convention Staff is currently looking for the best talent possible. In the past we have enjoyed John Pinnet, Jake Johannsen, Jeff Dunham, and Henry Cho.
WEDNESDAY, February 29
Attendees will begin their departures on Wednesday. This morning, buses will start airport transfers approximately 2 hours before the first scheduled flights. If you are not departing on Wednesday, you will be on your own for transportation.
